How tradelines work
A tradeline is an account on a credit report. When you are added as an authorized user to a seasoned credit card, that card's age, limit and payment history can appear on your file. KAL Kreations places clients on cards with FICO scores over 830, perfect payment history and less than 5% usage for a renewable 60-day term.
All tradeline fees are reimbursed if KAL Kreations arranges your real estate investment loan.
Tradelines add authorized-user history to a credit file.
You will be talking directly with the cardholder, without a middleman.
What happens after an order is placed
You are added as an authorized user and the card reports to the bureaus on its normal cycle. You remain on the card for 60 days, covering two billing cycles, and the term can be renewed indefinitely.
What the cards look like
Every card used carries a FICO score over 830, perfect payment history, and less than 5% usage reported each month. Longevity and high credit limits are the point: those are the attributes that carry weight on a credit file.
What counts as a good credit score
Lenders read a FICO score in bands. The band a file lands in decides whether a loan is approved and what rate is offered.
| Range | Rating | What lenders read into it |
|---|---|---|
| Below 580 | Poor | Well below the average score of U.S. consumers. Lenders treat the borrower as a risk, and many loans will not be approved. |
| 580 – 669 | Fair | Below the average score of U.S. consumers. Many lenders will approve a loan at this level, but at a high interest rate. |
| 670 – 739 | Good | Near or slightly above the U.S. average. Most lenders consider this a good score with an average interest rate available. |
| 740 – 799 | Very good | Above the U.S. average. The borrower reads as very dependable and a very good interest rate is usually available. |
| 800 and above | Exceptional | Well above the U.S. average. The borrower reads as an exceptionally low risk and the best available interest rate applies. |
