How funding works

Funding through KAL Kreations runs in four steps: you submit a scenario, the firm matches it to lenders in its private network, the funding lender issues terms, and the loan closes. Funding is for investment property only.

All loans are for real estate investment purposes only. We do not offer personal loans.

The four steps

1. Submit your scenario

Send the property, amount, purpose and deal details. Difficult files are welcome, and a complete submission helps a lender review the scenario.

2. We match it to our lender network

KAL Kreations, Inc. works with a network of private real estate lenders. The file goes to lenders actually active in that market, property type and loan size, rather than to a general application queue.

3. Terms and approval

The funding lender reviews the property, sets the terms and issues its approval, usually with an LOI (letter of intent).

4. Funding

Loan documents are drawn, conditions are cleared and the lender funds. Construction and rehab money is normally released in draws against completed work.
